The Mall Blackburn sponsors Community Volunteer Awards 2023
The Mall Blackburn has signed up to become an official sponsor of the Community Volunteer Awards, which is organised by Community CVS and Blackburn with Darwen Council. The awards, which are now in their fifth year, recognise individuals and groups who go the extra mile to make lives better for residents across the borough.
