The Burnley Artisan Market is back for 2023

The Burnley Bid and Independent Street cannot wait to welcome you back to the Brilliant Burnley Artisan Market for our first outing of 2023!

Make sure Saturday February 4th is in your diary! We have a sensational line up of 65 artisan stalls for you!  We will be packed to the rafters with the very best of local food, drink, art, craft and street food featuring local crafters and many small independent producers. Pop along and join us and chat to our Makers and Bakers, many of whom are award winning.

New for 2023…. Sensational Street Food from the Wrap Ninjas!… they elevate the humble wrap to create vibrant, flavour packed street food for you to enjoy. Also new for February 2023 we welcome HM Pasties, Artisan food producers employing and training ex offenders, in 2022 they won not just 1 but 4 of the British Pie Awards…. And we know you like a pie Burnley!….. We are also delighted to welcome back Sizzlers, sellers of artisan meats from Ostrich, Wild Venison Sausages, Wild Boar to oven-ready guinea fowl… they have not showcased for the past few months and we know you have missed them!….

We are also delighted to welcome for the very first time 432 Acoustic Duo who will be providing the live music. They always bring the love and a whole selection of maracas, ribbon streamers and their trusty bubble machine to ensure our little market goers are kept entertained on Market day.

So if onion bhajis the size of cannonballs are up your street, or you love olives, mezze, cookie pie slices, arts and craft, local authors, photographers, handmade jewellery, hand poured candles, vegan treats, healthy dog treats, sensational sausage rolls, crystals and wellbeing, independent sweet sellers, artisan gin producers, eggnog, handmade fudge and doughnuts, local preserves, chutneys, cheese truckles and much much more… If you love the quirky, the unusual, the unexpected and a reyt good line up of food sensations then this is the event for you!…. We can’t wait to be back….

Independent Street champions small and independent businesses and gives them an opportunity to showcase to their local community. At a time when supporting our independent sellers has never been so important we hope to welcome you to this fabulous event soon.

The Burnley Artisan Market runs monthly on the 1st Saturday, we will drop anchor on town square, St James Street and undercover in Charter Walk.
