State of the art £11 million business and industrial hub set for Euxton
Businesses looking to relocate or set-up in Chorley are being asked to get in touch to speak with the team about premises options in a new 75,650 sqft scheme in Alker Lane, Euxton.
Comprising of a mix of office and light industrial space, the flexible space will include a range of options for sale or let ranging from small 500sqft units providing a multitude of uses through to larger 5,000sqft units.
The development will boast fantastic transport links and will complement the Strawberry Fields digital hub, which is just a short distance away, and help provide premises for businesses looking to expand or relocate into the borough.
Planning permission has already been granted for the development and already there are a number of mid-to-large scale businesses already in discussions to acquire units.
Local Contractor, John Turner Construction have been appointed to work with Chorley Council to deliver the development.

Councillor Alistair Bradley, Leader of Chorley Council said, “This development is progressing at pace and I’m thrilled we are moving closer to getting this development off the ground.
“Chorley is a fantastic place to do businesses and we are so pleased that we are able to bring forward high quality, much needed office and industrial space.
“Already we have a number of businesses interested in taking space, and we’d encourage any business who is interested setting up shop or relocating to Chorley, to get in touch. The team will be able to talk through your options.
“This project will bring a raft of benefits to the borough including job opportunities and the additional income will allow us to invest in our much-needed services.”
£2.25m of funding for the project has been awarded to the council from the Lancashire Getting Building Fund from Lancashire Enterprise Partnership and HM Government’s Northern Powerhouse.
David Taylor CBE DL, Chair of Lancashire Enterprise Partnership, commented: “I am delighted that funding from Lancashire Enterprise Partnership and the Getting Building Fund has helped bring forward this vital project. This development brings additional, sought-after office and industrial space so that Chorley and Euxton can welcome new businesses and existing firms in the area can grow and expand.”
To date the government has awarded £319.7m from the Getting Building Fund in the Northern Powerhouse. This is providing targeted financial support to locally determined projects in order to unlock growth and give local people the powers and tools they need to drive forward growth for their areas.
Lancashire has received £34.1m from the Getting Building Fund which has been allocated to 10 projects across the County.
