Spa Hotel attends prestigious Spa Awards and WINS

The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village which is now in its sixth year of business has been awarded ‘Best for Customer Service’ at the national Good Spa Guide awards and finished as a finalist at the highly regarded AA Awards in London, finishing runner up to The Savoy London.

The 4 Silver Star Spa Hotel has always prided itself on its outstanding customer service and this has now been recognised on a national scale. The Good Spa Guide judge the award based on real customer votes and The Spa Hotel whisked away the award at the glitzy ceremony in Birmingham. Jane Tregonning, Spa Manager said,

“We consider ourselves to be Lancashire’s most pioneering and award-winning Spa. We first opened in 2011, with an initial £6M investment and have constantly grown and developed to provide the very best experience for our customers. It’s about what they want, not what we think they want! After a successful six years, we still remain a privately owned and independent business which allows us to treat our customers as individuals and contributed to why we won this award, because at the heart of our business is our customers.”

Recently The Spa Hotel alsoattended the AA Awards in London and finished as a finalist for the ‘AA Customer’s Choice Awards’ where they narrowly lost out to The Savoy London. The award was solely based on actual guest reviews from 175 different review sites – something that the whole team is very proud of.
