Ice-dancing star to host Lancashire Tourism Awards

Daniel performed in the award-winning Hot Ice Show at Blackpool Pleasure Beach Arena for many years and, as well as many other appearances and performances, Daniel has been a guest presenter at the British Soap Awards, performed at the Royal Variety Show and appeared with Andrea Bocelli in Intimissimi on Ice in Verona.
Speaking about his role as Guest Presenter of the Lancashire Tourism Awards 2019 Daniel said “I am so excited and honoured to have been asked to present this year’s Lancashire Tourism Awards. It was right here at the Blackpool Pleasure Beach Arena that I took to the ice for the very first time and found my passion for skating.”
“Throughout my skating career Lancashire has been such a wonderful support to me and I am proud to call it home.”
Rachel McQueen, Chief Executive of Marketing Lancashire said “We’re delighted that such a proud Lancastrian and internationally renowned performer, will be helping us celebrate the county’s very best in tourism at Blackpool Pleasure Beach’s ice Arena. I can’t imagine anyone will be more at home in this incredible venue than Daniel.
