Free half-term fun for all in The Mall
Half-term is jam packed with free fun at The Mall, with crafts for Mother’s Day, a Chinese lantern parade and fairy tale lovers of all ages.
As the first, and possibly coldest and wettest, of 2016’s school holidays gets underway The Mall is offering parents the chance to keep the kids entertained for free.
From Monday 15th to Friday 19th February there will be free craft sessions in Victoria Court between 10.00am and 4.00pm, with three exciting themes across the week!
A very special prince and princess will be taking up residence in The Mall on Monday and Tuesday and working with children to make fairy wands and crowns.
Wednesday and Thursday will see special craft classes in Chinese Lantern making and Friday will be dedicated to helping little ones get ready for Mother’s Day, with card and basket master classes.
Loraine Jones, General Manager at The Mall Blackburn, said: “With the first school holiday of the year already upon us we wanted to give parents the chance to get the kids out and about to enjoy some free fun.
“Our craft sessions are always really popular so we are looking forward to seeing lots of children having a great time.”
