Crafty Vintage secures Tower
A popular Craft and Vintage fair is set to return to the grounds of the historic Hoghton Tower Nr Blackburn for a series of spectacular events throughout 2015.
The first weekender event will take place on March 28th and 29th and will see a selection of the finest crafts, vintage, pre-loved and up-cycled traders assemble to set out their stalls and sell their wares in the grounds of the magnificent Lancashire mansion.
They will also be joined by a pop up cocktail bar, street food vendors, live music, close up magicians and free face painting to keep the whole family entertained.
Event director, Dan Johnson said; "It's an honour to be asked back to such a prestigious location, steeped in so much history and splendour. I simply can't wait to open the gates and welcome everybody in".
Last year the events attracted over 20,000 people from across the North West and helped many of the small independent traders achieve record sales figures.
Laura Johnson, founder of Crafty Vintage said; "There are many positive knock on effects that shopping local has on the region so we aim to create the perfect day out for families to meet the makers and support our local economy.
She added; 'Those faceless self serve supermarkets aren't really that good for our community. It's much more beneficial to buy from real people who are truly passionate about the products they make and sell.
Tickets for Crafty Vintage at Hoghton Tower are now on sale at just £2 per person (under 16's free) and for more information visit the craftyvintage.com website.
