Getting the most from the course

This is not an attend only course, in order to successfully complete the course and receive the City & Guilds Award Social Media in Business, you must complete the full days training and all practical tasks and written assessments.

Before the course

As the course is funded by the European Social Fund, we will first need to check your eligibility – it’s nothing scary, just a few bits of paperwork, including proof of your public liability insurance. These will be sent to you directly by a member of our Digital Team. To secure your place, all paperwork must be completed 48 hours prior to day one.

On the day

Dress code is smart casual
You will need to bring with you:
-A laptop or tablet to complete the practical elements of the course
-Your National Insurance number
-A form of identification

After the course…
Social Media qualifications are highly sought after and the skills you will gain from completing the course will help take your business to another level. Upon completion candidates will receive certificates for the course and have the Option of doing additional units to provide a further social media qualification.
