Kate Hardcastle is passionate about business that’s well done and is a champion of good customer service, which she shares through her own businesses, workshops and as a regular commentator in the media. Her recent appearances include BBC Breakfast, ITV Daybreak and Sky News, supporting Small Business Saturday and responding to the seasonal boom in online sales.
