Lancashire and the Northern Powerhouse

Downtown in Business will be hosting an exclusive roundtable event and will be joined by Marketing Lancashire’s, Rachel McQueen, Northern Powerhouse Partnerships director; Henri Murison and finally, former chief exec of Manchester City Council, Sir Howard Bernstein to discuss Lancashire and the Northern Powerhouse.

All three panelists will be reviewing where the Powerhouse initiative is up to, what progress has been made during the past year and where it will go next – following the uncertainty of Brexit. They will discuss transport, education and skills and how they are the fundamentals of tangible growth of the northern economy.
