Blackpool unveils a brand new destination guide for 2025
VisitBlackpool has launched a new Destination Guide for 2025 showcasing everything that the resort has to offer in the year ahead.
The striking cover of the 88-page publication features a colourful, heart-shaped montage of the characters, attractions, venues and events that make Blackpool the UK’s most popular seaside destination.
Illustrated with stunning photography, the guide contains extensive coverage of VisitBlackpool’s major events programme – including a fascinating insight into Switch-On celebrities down the years – as well as details of a spectacular line-up of shows and attractions.
It also features a comprehensive guide to food, drink and accommodation to suit all tastes and pockets.

What’s Hot For ‘25: A sneak peek at just some of the exciting new things lined up including: A new February half-term festival celebrating circus, magic and live performance; West End musicals; and some of the latest additions to the world-famous Illuminations.
The Can’t Miss List: An unveiling of the multi-million pound events programme for 2025 including some firm favourites such as Pride, Air Show Weekend, Rebellion Punk Festival, Ride The Lights, World Fireworks Championship Blackpool, Lightpool Festival, Halloween and Christmas By The Sea. There is also a fascinating insight into the stars who have switched on Blackpool Illuminations down the years.

Glorious beaches and promenade; the Grundy Art Gallery; the annual Illuminations; world-class events such as Air Show, Ride The Lights, firework displays, Capital of Dance, and Illuminations Switch-On night; the award-winning Stanley Park and seafront attractions such as the Comedy Carpet, a side-splitting celebration of fun and laughter.
