#RedefiningLancashire – Award-winning client service during the pandemic
Lancashire based marketing agency, ICG, are celebrating after the success of the last three months, as it continues to provide high client service levels during the pandemic.
Not only have they won Global Integrated Digital Agency of the Year – Small category at the Global Digital Excellence Awards in June, but they’ve just been announced as finalist in the prestigious UK Agency Awards.
To top it off they’ve also secured a spot in Insider Media’s popular PR & Marketing review, ranking eighth for a third year running and announced a record turnover, for the end of the financial year.
The agency has supported clients, such as Blackpool Zoo, The Mall Blackburn, Luxaflex, Vernacare and Blackpool and The Fylde College
in a wide variety of ways from launching new websites, providing vital communications and helping clients prepare for a return to the new normal with Covid-19 secure opening and working arrangements.
Simon Couchman, Joint Managing Director at ICG, said “We were crowned Global Integrated Digital Agency (Small) of the Year at the GCX Awards for our work and culture, especially during the lockdown period.
“Then to go ahead and be shortlisted for a prestigious national award at the UK Agency Awards and still remain in the top ten of Insider’s PR & Marketing review, has just been a surreal achievement.
“Through all the disruption, the teams have never failed to deliver with no deadlines missed, impressive results achieved and clients fully supported.
“Staff have juggling complex projects such as website builds with home-schooling and digital marketing campaigns being created on the kitchen table, it’s been a challenging time.
“However, these awards and nominations recognise the hard work and commitment of everyone at ICG and I couldn’t be prouder.”
