The Leading Lancashire project will benefit the county’s small businesses by providing training courses, coaching and mentoring to enable Lancashire SMEs to develop the leadership and management skills of their work forces to create the leaders of the future.

Employer funded courses are managed by the Projects Team at Myerscough College, linking you with projects which provide organisational needs analysis for your business which can explore the training needs of existing staff or new staff. Trained Business Development Officers can provide more information about apprenticeships, trainee-ships and short courses.
