Marketing Lancashire is working with Learn Direct and People First to support staff development and training across the tourism and hospitality sector with a brand new destination welcome training programme for Lancashire.
This exciting new, interactive workshop is aimed at customer facing tourism and hospitality staff and sets out to:
- Develop a strong, welcoming voice for visitors and customers.
- Enable staff to promote the county of Lancashire with pride, in a knowledgeable, positive, enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Enable staff to understand what attracts visitors to Lancashire
- Reinforce the essential skills and knowledge needed to welcome visitors to Lancashire and leave them with positive, happy and memorable experiences that will make customers come back again and again!
